1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

TerraNova Surveying Solutions provides professional surveying, mapping, and geospatial consultation. The specific scope of any project will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Quotation provided to the client.

3. Accuracy and Precision

While we use industry-standard DGPS, drone mapping, and LiDAR technology to ensure high precision, all surveying results are subject to technological tolerances and external environmental factors. TerraNova is not liable for structural decisions made without secondary verification where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all raw geospatial data, 3D models, and survey maps generated by TerraNova remain the intellectual property of TerraNova Surveying Solutions. The client is granted a license to use the final deliverables for their specified project only.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits and milestone payments, are outlined in individual project quotations. Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in the suspension of site activities or delay in deliverable submission.

6. On-Site Safety

Clients are responsables for ensuring that survey sites are safe and accessible. Our surveyors have the right to refuse work in environments they deem hazardous to personnel or equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

TerraNova Surveying Solutions' liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from project delays or data interpretation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hassan/Bangalore.
